Integrated Pest Management Talk

We will discuss the steps of Integrated Pest Management including welcoming in the good bugs to the garden.

There are many ways to care for a garden and manage pests without using toxic chemicals. One of the most fun strategies is to focus on the many bugs in the garden that are helpful to us and keep pests at bay. In this workshop, Lori Caldwell of StopWaste, will discuss the steps of Integrated Pest Management including welcoming in the good bugs to the garden. We’ll learn what common bugs to look out for, how to invite them to the garden, and how to support them by creating a habitat.
